Choose the Shading Level That Fits Your Flying Style
Both shading levels block 99.9% of harmful UVA/UVB rays and provide excellent in-flight visibility. The main difference is how much light, heat, and glare each shading level reduces.
How Your Shading Level Selection Works
Your shading level selection applies to eligible windshield, skylight, cabin, or rear window shades, depending on the aircraft and package selected. Pilot/Copilot Side Shades are always produced in High Visibility to help maintain visual detail for traffic awareness and safe operation.

High Visibility
- Light bronze tint (subtle, non-reflective exterior)
- Maximum visibility for traffic and surroundings in flight
- Reduces glare while maintaining a brighter cockpit
- Ideal for lower-light conditions and pilots who prefer a lighter tint
High Performance
- Dark blue tint (mirrored exterior)
- Maximum heat and glare reduction for high-sun conditions
- Darker tint for stronger light reduction
- Pilot/Copilot Side Shades remain High Visibility
| Metric | High Visibility | High Performance |
