Jet Shades warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment.
Jet Shades products are precision-cut for specific aircraft models. Minor trimming or adjustment may be required during installation. This warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover normal installation adjustments.
What Is Covered
This warranty applies to:
- Verified manufacturing defects
- Material faults present prior to installation
If a product qualifies under warranty, Jet Shades will provide a replacement or refund at its discretion.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused during installation, trimming, cutting, bending, or modification
- Scratches or cosmetic damage resulting from improper handling or use
- Fit variance due to aircraft-specific tolerances or cockpit variations
- Normal wear and tear
If a panel is damaged during installation, reduced-cost replacement panels may be available. Please contact Customer Support for assistance.
Shipping Damage
If the shipping box appears damaged upon delivery:
- Photograph the exterior of the box and the contents
- Do not install any damaged panels
- Contact Jet Shades Customer Support within 72 hours of delivery to report the issue
Timely documentation allows for prompt resolution and, where applicable, support of carrier claims.

To request warranty assistance, please contact Jet Shades Customer Support with:
- Aircraft make and model
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos where applicable
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued if appropriate.
